I think we offer a very unique family atmosphere, number one. We’re a little different than most offices. We’re, you know, how I am in the office, how my staff is in the office, that’s how we are in real life.
We don’t put on any airs and, you know, we’re very real and we care. You know, like I said, the personal relationships are something that’s very important to us and key to us. And in addition to, I think we do much quality work, we really care about our patients.
And, you know, a statement of mine that I always say is you strive for perfection, you’ll obtain excellence. So that’s what we always try to do. You know, we can’t be perfect all the time, but we always try to do our best.
We treat patients as people and, you know, not a number, not, oh, we’re going to push this on you or that. We, our philosophy is just to be honest with people, educate people, and let them make informed decisions for themselves for the work they need. You know, we’re not, we don’t hard sell people, hey, you need all this work, you need, it’s, what do you want? Of course, if you need something, we’re going to let you know, but the patient is ultimately in charge of their care.
So we just want to educate them.
