We work with many insurance providers including Aetna, Blue Cross, Carrington, Connection Dental, Delta, DHA, Cigna, Guardian, EMI Health, LEVEL, MetLife, United Concordia, and UNUM.

Our in-house membership plan provides an excellent value at $350 per year. This covers two cleanings, two exams, and annual X-rays. Plus, you get 20 percent off most other treatments (excluding Invisalign).
