What sets our office apart as a family practice is we are family. We are a family practice. I mean, when you come here, our staff is like a family and we treat our patients like family.
I think that’s the atmosphere that patients feel when they come in to our practice. Our staff, though, we watch people’s kids. If they have a little dog, service dog, we do it.
I mean, if somebody comes in and says, I have an emergency, but I can’t get a babysitter, my staff, you know, bring them in. We’ll watch your baby. We’ll get it taken care of for you.
So, you know, we make people feel that it’s not a burden being here. You know, we want them, people don’t love coming to the dentist. We try to make it as comfortable as can be while you’re being here.
We try to be fun about it. Even our toys for little ones, we don’t buy little cheap old box things. We go to the store and, you know, boys can get little baseballs and wiffle ball bats and girls can have little dolls and stuff like that.
So we try to make it fun. And you know, we’re being a father for myself and, you know, I know what it’s like with kids. So, you know, we talk whatever their interests are and, you know, we’re all, a lot of us are parents ourselves.
So we try to make it comfortable for them.
