After this planning stage is complete, aligners will be custom-created to fit your teeth.

Even though you get a set of aligners, each one is slightly different to encourage the necessary shifts in your smile. In most cases, each aligner will be worn for one to two weeks for at least 20 hours per day. As your alignment gets better, you will check in periodically with the dentist for evaluation of the progress and new aligner sets.
